Shipping policy
We ship with DPD as standard and DHL on request.
The domestic shipping costs are € 5.99.
From € 45 order value we ship with DPD free of charge. There may be deviations during sales promotions. These will be announced in the CheckOut area during the payment process. The conditions for shipping with DHL differ from this.
The shipping costs to other European countries are a flat rate of € 15,-.
For shipping to DHL packing stations, please enter your correct and complete packing station number and individual postal number.
If the goods cannot be delivered to the address entered by the customer and a return shipment is made to “Imhof's Rösterei-Catering e.K.”, the shipping costs of € 5.99 will also be charged again for a new shipment.
In the case of vouchers, the voucher will be sent electronically as part of the ordering process without shipping costs. Printed dispatch is not possible.
